Delivery is limited to certain post codes in Norfolk and Suffolk, We will deliver to you with a no contact service by knocking or ringing and then stepping away, Products will be left as per your instruction , Products can be collected by retail customers from our yard at given times to help prevent the spread of Corona Virus, Delivery can be arranged by your own courier to have items delivered to areas outside our delivery post code areas at your cost, All products that are ordered and have been paid for will be processed normally within 1 working day and then delivered to the address that was given within another 2 working days,

Any product that has become out of stock ,depending on the product can take anything between 5 and 20 working days to be back in stock for delivery , We are also waiting longer for our deliveries supplies which is beyond our control at this unprecedented time, We cannot guarantee that the web site will be up to date with available stock at all times, Please call 01502 574996 if you need any information regarding stock and delivery, All products that are delivered must be placed on the premises of the property and no signature will be taken , Delivery documents will be left with the products delivered or put through your letter box
(Under no circumstances will any product be left on any part of the highway or grass verge)
In the event that you have changed your mind for any reason other than the goods being faulty after the product has been ordered or delivered and you wish to return the product or cancel the order, there will be a collection charge corresponding to your original delivery charge (if applicable) and a restocking charge of 20% of the total cost of the goods + vat
Special Orders: Any product that is ordered which we do not normally stock and the order has been placed with our suppliers CAN NOT be refunded, for what ever reason
Perishable Goods: ie Cement , Kiln Dry Sand ,Nexus Jointing compound and any other perishable goods can not be returned or refunded as we can not be sure they have been stored correctly and kept dry after leaving our depot,
COVID-19 , This will also impact on us not able to accept certain product returns that have been handled by customers to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to our employees and other customers,
You must inform us with in 24 hours of your delivery if wish to return any product which will entail the above charge,
Any Paving once laid can not be returned
Special orders CAN NOT be returned Unless Faulty,
Failing to do this will result in you unable to return your product or goods or receive any refund,
Any refund given is at the discretion of PW Waters Ltd and will take between 7 and 10 working days for the refund to be processed,
As this is a new website to P.W. Waters Ltd and is still being developed, any products or delivery area charges that are priced incorrectly or any orders taken and paid for that is found to be incorrect will be cancelled and a full refund given (Please contact Mick Waters on 07941052649 if you find any problems with our web site or any improvements that we can make )
